This was Pastor Lydia’s very first Sunday at Walnut United Methodist Church. In her sermon, she gave us a background of how she, like the wisemen of Epiphany Sunday, “followed the star” in her life and invited the congregation to reflect upon the stars that have led them in their lives as well. It was also Communion Sunday.
Jeff Chamlee was our liturgist and Grace Amador was our pianist. Our virtual choir sang, “Go Tell It On the Mountain” and “Come To the Table.” Thanks to Linda Wilford for recording the service.
