Join us for worship as we honor those who mother us. Using the scripture from John 15: 9-17, Rev. Dr. Krista S. Givens celebrates those who mother us and the images of God as a mother in a sermon entitled “Our Mothering God.” We are blessed with a prelude from guest musician Jonathan Talmadge, accompaniment from our pianist Grace Amador and a special anthem by Ara Vidal, Andreya Custodio and Areanne Custodio with photos of those who’ve “mothered” us.
