Join us for worship as we continue on a new path: Hybrid (Both/and) Worship! Using the scripture from Luke 13:10-17, Rev. Dr. Krista S. Givens discusses the rules of the Sabbath and Jesus’ rebellious spirit in a sermon called “You Hypocrites! What Jesus says about Sabbath-Keeping.” We are blessed with two selections from our Walnut UMC Choir: a choral introit and an anthem called “God and God Alone.” The choir is directed by Linda Wilford, Bruce Rosenberg and Margery Don and Bruce does the choir post-production. Charlotte Hill is our liturgist and Grace Amador is our pianist.
